Kim Kardashian Is All Set To Join The 12th Season Of ‘American Horror Story ‘
The forthcoming 12th season of FX’s American Horror Story will include the reality star, businesswoman, and pop culture sensation in character created especially for her. Kim herself confirmed the news via her social media post on Monday, April 10.
Kardashian shared a possible title for the upcoming episodes of the anthology series, “Delicate,” while also revealing her casting in a mysterious video and confirming the return of AHS regular Emma Roberts. This was backed up by Roberts’ uploading of the same video with the description “this summer… Kim and I are DELICATE.”
While Kardashian has appeared on television before, most notably in the reality series Keeping Up With The Kardashians in 2007, American Horror Story will mark the star’s most significant venture into acting.
According to Variety, Kardashian will play a lead role in the series, a part “which was crafted specifically for her.”
The New Season
The series is leaning into source material for the first time in its history. Delicate, expected to be the title of the new season, is somewhat inspired by Danielle Valentine’s upcoming book Delicate Condition. The book, which will be published in August, is regarded as a suspenseful thriller about a woman who starts to believe that a wicked presence is doing all in its power to prevent her from becoming pregnant.
The upcoming season of AHS will start filming in New York City later in April. It is executive produced by Murphy, co-creator Brad Falchuk, Feiffer, Alexis Martin Woodall, and Scott Robertson. There will likely be a summer debut, and Murphy and FX will probably reveal the precise date in June.
The most recent season of the Kardashian family’s reality TV program and American Horror Story, is offered on Disney’s digital streaming service Hulu, indicating the Kardashians’ strong ties to the company.
