You must have visited many big shopping malls of Lucknow, you must have also made purchases from there, but do you know that a ‘unique mall’ has also opened in Lucknow where free clothes are given to the needy.

Vegetable vendors, auto rickshaw drivers or street poor or anyone who is financially weak can go here and get free clothes for themselves as well as their family members. Can take it as per his choice, he is not stopped.

The unique initiative of this unique mall has been taken by Dr. Ahmed Raza Khan, a resident of Rahim Nagar, Lucknow. Reshma, in-charge of this unique mall, told that about 6 years ago, Dr. Ahmed Raza Khan had taken out the old clothes of his house and kept them outside the house. He saw that one by one the needy were picking up clothes and taking them away. It was from here that he got the idea that why not decorate the clothes in a respectable way and give them to the needy here.

People from all over Lucknow donate their clothes here in this unique mall. Some donate old clothes and some donate new clothes here. All the clothes are distributed to the needy.

This unique mall is specially planted in winters so that no death happens due to cold. Warm clothes and cotton clothes are also given here. Everything is free. This mall remains open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm for the three months of December, January and February. It is built on the main road of Rahim Nagar.

If you also want to donate old clothes or new clothes of your house, then you can do so by going to this place. Maybe your donated clothes can bring a smile on someone’s face.

From December till now, the needy have done a lot of shopping here. This is the reason that now the entire stock here is over. It will be closed in the second or third week of February and then it will be opened next year.
